Formilist is an AI-powered productivity and planning platform. You may create an account to access tasks, boards, notes, calendars, and related features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

AI Features and AI Credits

Formilist includes AI-powered features such as summarization, task suggestions, prioritization, and voice workflows. AI usage consumes credits. Credits vary by action and plan, reset monthly, and do not roll over unless we state otherwise in your plan or add-on.

AI outputs are generated automatically. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or sharing it. AI may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

User Content

You retain ownership of your content, including tasks, notes, files, and calendar data. You grant Formilist permission to host, store, and process your content to provide the service, including using AI systems to deliver features you choose to use.

Formilist does not claim ownership of your data. Public or shared content is handled according to your workspace settings and sharing choices.

Team Workspaces

Team workspaces can include multiple users with roles and permissions that control access. Team owners and admins manage members, billing, and workspace settings. Each member is responsible for their actions within a team workspace.

Data visibility and sharing depend on the settings defined by the team owner or admins.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

Formilist may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Trello, and Jira. Integrations are optional and require your authorization. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply separately.

Formilist is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Formilist for illegal activity.
• Do not abuse, harass, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or bypass security controls.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Prices may change with notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

AI credits are not transferable between accounts unless included in a team plan or stated otherwise.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but occasional downtime and maintenance may occur. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time as we evolve the service.

Termination

You may stop using Formilist at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform or other users. When an account is terminated, access to data may be removed or limited after a reasonable period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formilist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Formilist in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of Formilist after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
